二、           课程目标

本课程目标主要分为两个部分：

1、核心目标

发展学生初步的英语口语能力，培养学生英语学习的兴趣和自信心，让学生养成爱说英语、敢说英语的习惯。

2、主要目标

◘ 促进学生发展

（1）    以摆脱聋哑式英语，让学生真正成为交际的工具，全面提高学生的英语水平。

（2）    整体提升学生的学习能力。通过英语学习培养学生进行自主学习、合作学习的习惯和能力，促进学生创造性地发展。

（3）    积极培养学生的综合素质。在英语学习中促进学生大胆自信、乐于参与、敢于展示的积极品质。

◘ 促进教师发展

（1）    在教师和学生建立学习共同体的基础上，促进教师自觉地进行英语学习，提高教师的英语素养。

（2）    在现代英语学习理念的指导下，实践科学的英语教学方式，提高教师的英语教学组织能力。

◘ 促进学校发展

(1)   提高学校的英语教学质量，建立学校的英语优势和特色。

(2)   提高学校的科研管理能力，建立学习型组织，提升学校的综合品质。

三、           课程简介

小学是学生学习英语的启蒙和关键阶段。“语境”是学好英语的必备条件。语言环境对于理解语言来说是不可缺少的。而我们的英语教学以有限的课堂教学为主，英语学科校本课程的开发以学校英语教学改革为切入点，在有限的校园生活中为学生创造学习外语的语言环境，让学生身临其境，使英语脱口而出，增大英语的使用率和知识的复现率，就能收到事半功倍的效果。

一日之际在于晨，英语作为交际用语，需要每日练习。因此，我们将校本课程的时间设定在清晨。在低中年级选用了多媒体为主的攀登英语作为校本教材；高年级则由任课教师们共同编写，内容针对高年级学生所学知识分为基础和扩展两部分。周一到周四，四天学习新内容，周五进行周测，反馈学习效果。

五、           课程实施

◘ 授课形式：

（1）1~3年级：以多媒体教学为主，根据《攀登英语》教材提供的《日常英语》进行学习；

（2）4~ 6年级：校本课程负责教师将每天的学习内容印发给学生，将每天学习安排录成磁带。授课老师播放录音，按录音中的提示步骤进行学习。

一年级：选用北京师范大学《攀登英语》教材一级A, B；

二年级：选用北京师范大学《攀登英语》教材二级A, B；

三年级：选用北京师范大学《攀登英语》教材三级A, B；

四～六年级：自编教材 （具体内容见附件1）

六、           课程评价

学习评价是促进学生成长与发展的重要尺度，也是学生自我完善的重要参照。通过学习评价教师可以了解学生的身心发展与英语学习状况，激发学生的兴趣与动机、促进和帮助不同水平学生的学习与发展。同时，有助于教师不断地调整教学方法，了解学生的得失，在不断的改进中发展和提高。

（一）学生学习效果评价

1、评价目标：

(1) 及时发现学生在本周清晨英语学习中的问题，有助于教师的随时调控。

(2) 记录学生每周知识点的掌握情况，做好形成性评价。

2、、评价办法：

     采用笔试和表格评价法。笔试为每周的测试。表格评价重视学生的态度和情感。分教师评、学生互评、自评三部分，各条要求分解如下：

注:1.本评价表针对学生课堂表现情况作评价
2.本评价分为定性评价部分和定量评价部分.
3.定量评价部分总分为100分,最后取值为教师评,同学评和自评分数按比例取均值;
4.定性评价部分分为"我这样评价自己","同伴眼里的我"和"老师的话",都是针对被评者作概括性描述和建议,以帮助被评学生的改进与提高。

（三）课堂评价

一～四年级：

1、开辟“小组奖励栏”。为了突出对小组合作的激励，对小组奖励的积累一定要呈现在班级的学习环境布置中，设立专门的“小组奖励栏”，对学生进行激励。使用方法：根据各小组在课堂各个学习环节步骤中不同的表现给予评价，表现好的小组可以获得奖励物，贴在相应的“小组奖励栏”中。

2、结合《攀登英语学习记录》对个人进行评价

老师结合《攀登英语学习记录》中的“学校学习记录》，及时对在课堂学习环节或步骤中表现突出的个人给予鼓励，体现在“我得的奖”一栏中。老师组织和鼓励学生对个人进行评价，将评价结果同样体现在“学校学习记录”的“我得的奖”一栏中

五～六年级：

1、教师通过体态语和语言对学生进行评价

在课堂英语学习中，把握评价的有效时机，针对学生的个体差异，通过体态语（如：一个赞许、鼓励的眼神或微笑等）和语言（如：Well done! Good girl!等）对学生进行及时的评价。

2、客观性评价

在每周五进行书面测试，时间20分钟。
